hobby center for the performing arts (less than 10 blocks)
the hobby center for the performing arts is an impressive glass-walled building that hosts a variety of broadway musicals, plays and musical performances. the hobby features two venues: the 2,650-capacity sarofim hall and the 500-seat zilkha hall. the hobby center is located on the west edge of the houston theater district, 10 blocks west of our hotel. reach the hobby center at (713) 315-2400
jones hall (less than 5 blocks)
the jesse h. jones hall for the performing arts is located five blocks southwest of our downtown houston hotel. jones hall is the home of the houston symphony orchestra and also frequently hosts touring pop music artists. jones hall consists of one large concert hall that seats up to 2,908. inquire about jones hall concerts and events at (713) 227-3974.
